- Mix 1 tbsp yeast into 1.5 cups warm water.
- Add 3 cups of flour (all purpose or wheat mix)
- Add 3/4 tbsp sea salt.
- Cover and set the dough for 2 hours.
- Put into refrigerator over night or for a few days.
- Stretchy dough to smooth and dust with flours.
- Set it on parchment paper for 40 minutes.
- preheat open 425 degree with Dutch oven then bake for 30 minutes.
